Mike and Mary Kale began their business in 1990 in Grand Lake, Colorado. Moving to Buena Vista in 2001, we began building Custom Homes under the name of V-3 Homes. We offer Spec Homes, Land/Home Packages and Custom Homes. Being self-employed for 18 years we know Customer Service and we know Custom Mountain Homes!
